'You are Nourished Weekly' replaced 'Tuesday Tips'. It's exactly the same - with a new title!
And you are not doubt being bombarded with 'new year, new you' messages everywhere you go.
But I'm here to tell you to ignore them because anything restrictive that you start this week will undoubtedly have failed well before the end of the month.
Anything that asks you to give up loads of stuff and make you feel like a failure if you 'slip-up' is not sustainable and will only have you reaching for all the things you gave up quicker than you can say 'chocolate buttons'.
How about - instead of going on a crazy restrictive diet this month - you think about what you want to accomplish for your health and wellbeing this YEAR and start with some realistic, achievable steps to get you closer to that goal.

Remember, focusing on your NOURISHMENT is going to help you to feel so much about yourself in every area of your life than giving up all the things you love will.
