Hi there, I'm Lauren Gayfer.

I’m a Nutritional Therapist, Intuitive Eating and Mindset Coach and mum of two teens, and I’ve been helping women online and in-person since 2009 to take better care of themselves through food and lifestyle changes, without ever dieting.

I've worked with thousands of women during this time to help them develop a healthier relationship with food, having witnessed and experienced first hand the damaging effects that restrictive diets have on our physical and mental health.

I'm deeply passionate about liberating women from years of diet culture so they can feel more confident in themselves and learn how it feels to be nourished inside and out.

This live challenge combines all my passion, knowledge and expertise into an incredible and value-packed experience that will totally change your mindset around food!
