Want to break free from sugar cravings and snacking habits in perimenopause?
Learn how to balance your blood sugar, beat your cravings and stop feeling guilty about your 'unhealthy' snacks with a way of eating can actually stick to - without cutting out joy or carbs.Â
OMG I NEED THIS >>Has perimenopause totally messed with your eating habits?
Â
- Perimenopause showed up without an invite and now it feels like all your healthy food choices have gone out the window.
Â
- You're constantly craving a KitKat, you have a new talent for falling asleep almost anywhere (except at 3am) and your elasticated joggers are now welded to your bottom.
Â
- All your "usual tricks" no longer work, and now you're stuck in a sea of conflicting advice, that not even the "experts" can agree on...
Â
đ« eat more carbs...
đ«Â cut out carbs...
đ« you MUSTÂ fast...
đ«Â fasting is bad...
đ« eat protein like your life depends on it...
đ« and don't forget your collagen...
Â
Overwhelmed, much?
Â
You've tried to "be good". You've listened to all the motivational podcasts and downloaded all the "menopause hacks".
Â
But all the advice feels completely unrealistic for your actual life.
Â
You're fed up with blaming yourself - for lacking willpower, for snacking in the evening and for eating the "wrong" foods.
Â
You're tired of constantly asking yourself "why can't I stick to anything?"
Â
And you're slightly afraid that this is just who you are now.
YOU are not the problem. But you ARE looking in the wrong places...
REAL TALK:
Most of what you're trying to do just isn't realistic to stick with.
Â
You're trying to "be good" or "limit carbs" and expecting an immediate result - but you end up starving every afternoon and snacking after dinner.
Â
Then you beat yourself up for having a "setback" and use it as a reason to spiral even further.
Â
Your idea of "being good" is backfiring and playing havoc with your cravings and hormones.Â
No-one's showing you how to eat in a way that fits your actual life, so you keep trying to overhaul everything at once and wondering why you keep "failing".
Â
Meanwhile your Instagram Feed is full of "before-and-after" photos and extreme diet advice, and you're left feeling the problem MUST be you.
Â
IT'S NOT!
Â
You've just never been given a realistic approach to eating that focuses on energy and nourishment rather than fast "results".
The solution is not to simply "try harder".
It's a new way of thinking about food.
You donât need another set of food rules or a âperfectâ eating window - you need something you can actually stick to.
Â
That means understanding how to build meals that keep you energised and full, reduce sugar cravings, and nourish your body in midlife - without tracking every bite or cutting out the foods you love.
Because - let's face it - that is SO dull.Â
Â
Most importantly, it means shifting from quick fixes to building habits, so that your diet is one you can stick to forever (not just 12 weeks).Â
You need a realistic, non-restrictive approach to food that supports your changing hormones and fits around your life.

NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Lauren Gayfer
Nutritional Therapist, Coach, perimenopausal mum of teens and a busy, working midlife woman just like you.
When perimenopause hit me round the head two years, I had no idea what to do. I felt lost, alone and confused by all the conflicting advice.
I was exhausted, bloated, snappy, anxious and struggling with night sweats. I was a mess.
Despite being a healthy person, it was not enough. I needed a new strategy for this new phase of my life.
Once I started intentionally eating and living with my hormones in mind, everything shifted.
Fast forward two years and I honestly feel great. Sure, I have off days (I am a hormonal mother of teenagers) but most of those hideous symptoms have gone.
Now I want to help you navigate midlife (whether you're perimenopausal or thereabouts) with more ease.
I've worked with thousands of women over the last 15 years and my favourite way to support women is in a community.
I truly believe that being amongst your people is magical đ«
Sweat Club is the community I wish I had two years ago, so I've created for you.
Don't just take my word for it...happy former clients and members:
Maria K.
I'm in such a different place today. I still eat things that I enjoy but I also know what helps with my health and makes me feel good. I learnt that my body has a natural weight that it sticks to. I eat without dieting, listen to my body, sleep much better and feel like a weight has been lifted.
Michelle M.
I am so happy with the knowledge I've gained in last two years. I've learnt about about full fat foods and how to prepare delicious recipes. I have a healthier way of eating now and a good relationship with food. I've really changed my mindset.
Yvonne K.
Finding Lauren has truly changed my life! Although I was already eating healthily, I was constantly striving to achieve a certain size or often denying myself or feeling guilty about food.My only regret is that I didn't find Lauren earlier!
Amanda M.
I wish I had found Lauren earlier!Â
I used to have an obsession with dieting, often feeling unhappy with myself - I now understand the importance of nourishing myself, and not calorie counting! I feel so much better, I feel calmer around food, I nourish myself and feel satisfied, I still eat cake but I just have one piece!
Helena B.
Honestly, I donât know what Iâd do without Sweat Club. Even when Iâm not super active in the community, just knowing everyone is there gives me the reassurance I need. Iâve had a pretty rough perimenopause and now Iâm navigating full menopause - not sure what lies ahead - but the support you give is amazing. So thank you

A final word from Lauren...
Â
You deserve to feel a whole lot more f*cking fabulous than you do.
Youâve spent DECADES trying to squeeze yourself into someone elseâs idea of who you âshouldâ be.
The hard-working employee. The dutiful wife. The multi-tasking mother.
Youâve dieted. Youâve worked out. Youâve kept yourself small at all costs.
And now? Youâre tired.
Tired of everyoneâs shit.
You were raised in the 70s and 80s. You probably raved your way through the 90s.
You did what you liked - and thank god thereâs no digital evidence.
Youâve seen it all. Not much phases you.
But this phase? This one has knocked the wind out of your sails.
And after everything youâve done for everyone else, you deserve to feel a whole lot more f*cking fabulous than you do.
So donât settle.
This is your second season.
And you should damn well bloody enjoy it.
Letâs make sure youâve got the energy - and support - to love every second of it.
