For 20 years I ran my own business in the wellness space as a nutritionist and mindset coach.
A decade of that was spent purely online where I scaled a membership to 6-figures, managed large-scale launches, a podcast and a team of contractors - all whilst handling almost every part of the business alongside client transformation.

A 90-minute intensive session where we'll take a deep dive into your business - your tech, your team, your systems, your sales process, an upcoming launch - and uncover the bottlenecks that are stalling your growth.
You will then receive a 90-day action plan with clear priorities on the main areas where your business needs the most attention.
From here, you can implement this plan with your existing team or led by myself.

A focused one-off project designed to organise the chaos in the backend of your business.
Whether you need a project management system that keeps your business running smoothly, a new lead magnet funnel or end-to-end launch management, I will take this off your hands while you focus on client delivery.
My specialist tool is Kajabi, so I can also create landing pages, funnels and automations, or manage a migration if you choose to switch from your current tech stack in an all-in-one platform (which will also probably save you £££!)
