Hey lovely,

Does this sound like you?

  • You know there's a highly capable, badass version of you underneath the hormonal chaos - you just need the right support to find her.

  • The moods, the mental load and the food decisions can feel heavy and you need help untangling it all.

  • You’ve tried All The Things - fasting, tracking, cutting carbs, adding carbs - but nothing sticks and you’re just as confused as ever about what actually works.
  • You know you're fuelling yourself with the "wrong" foods - but you don't have the capacity to figure out the "right" ones.

You are committed to your wellbeing - but someone has moved the goalposts and you need consistent support and guidance that cuts through all the nonsense BS.

You are NOT alone, I promise...

Midlife can feel messy. But you can feel flippin' fabulous again - with the right support.

Imagine feeling...

  • Empowered and supported - knowing you're not alone with a community cheering you on.
  • Motivated and inspired to prioritise yourself with habits that energise you rather than exhaust you.
  • Confident on what your body needs now, and embracing this marvellous midlife version of you.

You're not lost. You just haven't plugged the Midlife GPS System in. Let's get you headed in the right direction again.

INTRODUCING

đŸ”„ Sweat Club will give you the support you need to navigate the chaos of midlife with more ‘I’ve got this’ energy. đŸ’ȘđŸŒ

Inside, you'll tap into:

  • Real support and honest accountability - so you can stop silently struggling and actually start feeling good again (with other women who get it).
  • Simple, hormone-supportive habits - no more overthinking, starting over, or wondering if carbs are the enemy (they're not).
  • A space to be seen and heard - so you never feel dismissed or 'too much'.

Because let's be honest - you already know what helps.

You just need someone to cut through the noise, tell you what actually matters, and lovingly nudge you to JFDI.

That's what Sweat Club is for.

You're not 'doing it wrong' - you've just never had this.

Most women are told to eat less, move more, and try harder.

But when your hormones are changing by the day and your nervous system is constantly on edge, that old-school approach just doesn’t cut it anymore.

You don’t need more rules. You need a rhythm.

Sweat Club is built on two powerful pillars:

đŸ„Š Hormone-Balancing Nutrition

Learn to nourish your body with hormone-supportive foods that stabilise energy, mood and cravings - no restrictive diets,  just real satisfying meals.

đŸ§˜â€â™€ïž Nervous System Support

Your stress hormones will run the show if you let them. Implement tools that calm your mind and body, so that you can regain some resilience around stress.

You'll follow Sweat Club's "Midlife Method" to implement and embed our pillars until they are a part of who you are:

You'll go from this...

  • Overwhelmed by conflicting advice →
  • Feeling isolated in your journey →
  • Struggling with energy crashes and sugar cravings →
  • Stuck in a cycle of self-neglect →

...To this

  • Feeling confident that what you doing works
  • Supported by a community of like-minded women
  • Energised all day and making nourishing choices
  • Prioritising self-care without guilt

We start with a two-week Hormone Reset Plan!

Stage One of the Midlife Method is 'Reset' - this will introduce you to our key nutrition principles and start giving your body the stability it needs to start feeling calmer and more in control of your hormones.

The Hormone Reset consists of two done-for-you 5-day meal plans & shopping lists that you can start as soon as you sign up. They are macro-balanced that you can feel confident that your body is getting everything it needs in midlife.

NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Lauren Gayfer

Nutritional Therapist, Coach, perimenopausal mum of teens and a busy, working midlife woman just like you.

When perimenopause hit me round the head two years, I had no idea what to do. I felt lost, alone and confused by all the conflicting advice.

I was exhausted, bloated, snappy, anxious and struggling with night sweats. I was a mess.

Despite being a healthy person, it was not enough. I needed a new strategy for this new phase of my life.

Once I started intentionally eating and living with my hormones in mind, everything shifted.

Fast forward two years and I honestly feel great. Sure, I have off days (I am a hormonal mother of teenagers) but most of those hideous symptoms have gone.

Now I want to help you navigate midlife (whether you're perimenopausal or thereabouts) with more ease.

I've worked with thousands of women over the last 15 years and my favourite way to support women is in a community.

I truly believe that being amongst your people is magical đŸ’«

Sweat Club is the community I wish I had two years ago, so I've created for you.

Don't just take my word for it...

Maria K.

I'm in such a different place today. I still eat things that I enjoy but I also know what helps with my health and makes me feel good. I learnt that my body has a natural weight that it sticks to. I eat without dieting, listen to my body, sleep much better and feel like a weight has been lifted.

Michelle M.

I am so happy with the knowledge I've gained in last two years. I've learnt about about full fat foods and how to prepare delicious recipes. I have a healthier way of eating now and a good relationship with food. I've really changed my mindset.

Yvonne K.

Finding Lauren has truly changed my life! Although I was already eating healthily, I was constantly striving to achieve a certain size or often denying myself or feeling guilty about food.My only regret is that I didn't find Lauren earlier!

Amanda M.

I wish I had found Lauren earlier!
I used to have an obsession with dieting,
often feeling unhappy with myself - I now understand the importance of nourishing myself, and not calorie counting! I feel so much better, I feel calmer around food, I nourish myself and feel satisfied, I still eat cake but I just have one piece!

Helena B.

Lauren gave me the confidence to trust my body, nourish it properly and stand up for myself to doctors before I had my hysterectomy - all I do now is think about healthy and nourishing food post-recovery. I am proud of myself for the first time in my life and I'm so grateful to Lauren.

Frequently Asked Questions

It's YOUR time now...

You deserve to feel a whole lot more fucking fantastic than you do.

You’ve spent DECADES trying to squeeze yourself into someone else’s idea of who you ‘should’ be.

The hard-working employee. The dutiful wife. The multi-tasking mother.

You’ve dieted. You’ve worked out. You’ve kept yourself small at all costs.

And now? You’re tired.

Tired of everyone’s shit.

You were raised in the 70s and 80s. You probably raved your way through the 90s.

You did what you liked — and thank god there’s no digital evidence.

You’ve seen it all. Not much phases you.

But this phase? This one sucks.

And after everything you’ve done for everyone else, you deserve to feel a whole lot more fucking fantastic than you do.

So don’t settle.

This is your second season.

And you should damn well bloody enjoy it.

Let’s make sure you’ve got the energy - and support - to love every second of it.
