Hi there, I'm Lauren Gayfer.

'ANTI-DIET' NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST, MINDSET COACH, MUM OF TWO, GIN LOVER AND FOUNDER OF YOU ARE NOURISHED LTD.

I've been running online challenges since 2017 helping thousands of women to ditch diets, overcome cravings, reclaim their lives and achieve freedom around food.

I've spent almost two decades studying and teaching nutrition and mindset, and I'm deeply passionate about liberating women from diet culture so they can feel good about themselves and learn how it feels to be nourished inside and out.
