I’m Lauren Gayfer, a nutritionist and mum of teens, who helps perimenopausal women restore their energy and feel at home in their bodies again.

Over the last 15+ years I’ve worked with women who thought they were just “lazy” or “undisciplined,” when in reality their hormones, blood sugar, and nervous system were out of sync.
